New Social Media “IT”–is “IT” worth it?
Just out, the official video!
Yes you heard right. I’ve been following the development of a new social media platform called “It” (Former known as LeafIt)It boasts a revolutionary concept–self monitization. What does this mean?
Well for one, there are no ads. Others started out this way (Facebook for one, I believe), but now you see all the data mining and everything attached to what you have posted, what you are reading, or even sites you’ve visited. It’s a bit creepy, but none the less millions of people use this platform to communicate, keep up with friends and family, and share ideas..
Secondly, there’s an opportunity for you to save and earn. Let me explain. Lots of websites use ads and products linked on their site to help pay for the cost of the site. You see ads on THIS site too, but it’s not to bother you or harass you. The idea is that if you are reading what’s on this site, these are things that you may be interested in. “IT” takes away that and relies on the fact that if you’re interested in something, you will probably look for it directly.
Since shopping is integrated into the social media, it’s easy for you to find things that you looking for. They include thousands of companies like Walmart, Best Buy, Woodwind and Brasswind, FYE, Newegg, Barnes and Noble, etc. (as well as smaller companies we maybe wouldn’t think to look at) to shop from! People who buy anything (books, computers, pens, groceries, phones, or whatever you would normally buy online) through IT not only find the best prices in a single search, but once they buy, they receive a portion of the commission. That’s right, you get paid back on top of savings! And when people you invite buy, you also receive a smaller portion of commission. So try it out and invite your friends!
Thirdly you can link specific products within the app for others to check out. Say you’re posting a picture of something that you think is unique, or you’re showing off how great your camera is. When people respond, you can slip a link (from the e-commerce) that people can use to buy something related to what you’re talking about! And, guess what, you get a portion there, too. In fact you can save a group of products and post all of them with one link.
What all this means to you is this: opportunity. Sure there’s a business side to it that goes even further, but everyone (EVERYONE) should get a piece of the social media.
Here’s the thing, IT launches today! I’ve already saved money by using it. I gotta say, it’s legit! https://lifeonit.com/?invite=1536847 . Please join me:) I know a lot of people of all ages like to shop. Try it free!
What does this have to do with Senior Health? Well, I’m going to be finding things that a lot of seniors buy and try to find the best prices. I think that this platform is going to help in a huge way and that being a part of this social media may be the way to go!

hi Raphael
I am not sure I fully understand what IT is. Is it more like Facebook? Or a site to buy merchandise? Or possibly a combination of both? It seems tome like a place to stay connected with friends and family while also shopping?
Thank you, Emily. You’re right about it being both. The two parts are fully integrated. There are a lot of people just posting pictures, uplifting videos, and, really, anticipating hehe official launch! The best way to understand it is to just try it out. You won’t be disappointed!
Thank you so much for sharing this information about “IT”. I signed up promptly. Oh and by the way, love your website. Good information about senior health.
Cynthia
